Spicecart Modison reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that a transaction has been completed where the listed price was incorrect. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the customer.

All prices on this website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). For payments made using international cards, the applicable exchange rate and any additional charges will be determined by the issuing bank or financial institution. Spicecart Modison has no control over these charges, and any related disputes must be addressed directly with the card issuer or payment provider.
All orders are acknowledged at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Customers will be billed at the price applicable at the time payment is received and the invoice is generated. Products may be subject to applicable UK taxes, including VAT, where required by law.

VAT / TAX CHARGES

PAYMENT FAILURE
If a payment attempt fails, please retry after ensuring that all entered details—such as card information, billing address, delivery address, and authentication credentials—are correct. If an amount is debited from your account despite a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to confirmation from the bank or payment provider.
REFUND OF TAX AMOUNT ON CANCELLED / RETURNED PRODUCTS
If a product is returned or an order is cancelled, any applicable VAT charged on the product will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. However, VAT charged on shipping or handling fees (if applicable) may not be refundable, in accordance with Spicecart Modison’s shipping and return policy.
