CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, Spicecart Modison reserves the right to levy a 100% cancellation charge.
CANCELLATION BY SPICECART MODISON
While we make every effort to fulfil all successfully placed orders, there may be certain situations where Spicecart Modison may be required to cancel an order. These situations may include, but are not limited to:
Limitations on quantities available for purchase
Inaccurate, incomplete, or insufficient delivery address details
Product being unavailable or temporarily out of stock
Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or information
In the event of such a cancellation, we will contact you within two (2) business days. You will be offered the option to receive a refund, request an exchange (where applicable), or cancel the order, based on your preference.
