Shipping Policy

GENERAL

We strive to deliver products purchased from Spicecart Modison in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time. For all orders with a total order value of £30 or more, delivery will be made to your doorstep free of charge. A minimal shipping charge of £3.99 will be applicable to all orders below £30.

Products will be shipped to the address designated by you, provided such address is complete and accurate. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract; therefore, the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Spicecart Modison takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person other than the person who placed the order at the delivery address provided. As transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of placing the order. Deliveries will not be redirected or re-delivered to any other address under any circumstances.

The selected product will be delivered only to locations where it is marked as “available” on the website.

Spicecart Modison shall not be held responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

If you return an order delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of £2–£4 may be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, or any other applicable charges.

FAIR USAGE POLICY

We continuously strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. However, we have observed that some accounts misuse our return and delivery policies by frequently returning items or refusing deliveries. Such behaviour restricts product availability for genuine customers.

To protect the interests of our customers, Spicecart Modison reserves the right to levy a standard shipping charge of £3.99 on all orders and disable Cash on Delivery (where applicable) for accounts that exhibit a high percentage of returns or unaccepted shipments based on order value.

DELIVERY TO POSTCODE

You can check whether Spicecart Modison delivers to your postcode using the courier serviceability tool available on the cart page. Postcodes serviced by us are updated regularly. If delivery is not available to your postcode at present, please check again at a later time.

DELIVERY

All orders placed on Spicecart Modison are dispatched through trusted courier partners such as DHL, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail, or other logistics providers. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you to monitor shipment status and estimated delivery timelines. Updates may be sent via email and/or SMS.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

You may request a change in the delivery address before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Additional charges, if applicable, may be levied.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS

Please contact us regarding issues such as pilferage, leakage, or tampering within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

While we investigate the matter, please note the following:

Do not use the product for which the claim is being raised.
You may be required to provide a brief description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the package, including any damaged or tampered areas, must be submitted.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed only after completion of the investigation.
